Previously to clear your search history you needed to go into your account settings, now it much easier to do and can be done immediately from within the search bar. Follow these steps:

On Web – Clear recent search

1. Click into the search bar at the top of Pinterest
2. Click  next to “Recent searches”

On Android – search history

1. Tapon the bottom of your screen 
2. Tap  next to “Recent searches” 

On iOS – Clear recent search

Remove items you’ve recently searched from your search history.

1. Tap on the bottom of your screen  
2. Tap the search bar
3. Tap  next to “Recent searches”
4. Tap  CLEAR
