This is an instruction manual for setting up a TSC TPAD account. The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) uses Teacher Performance Appraisal & Development (TPAD) as a performance evaluation tool to evaluate teachers’ work. It improves learning objectives and professional development.
Regulation 52 (1) of the Teachers Service Commission’s (TSC) code of regulations for teachers mandates that the commission create an open performance evaluation system for instructors under its employment. This is done in order to support, oversee, and keep an eye on teachers’ performance in maintaining institutional teaching standards.
